Our guarantee is offered to you on any labour elements of our account on the basis of reasonableness and we offer such a strong guarantee for three main purposes;
1.To communicate our intention to always provide you with a top level of service,
2.To provide you with added confidence that you will get value for money when you deal with Solve I.T. people
3.To give the people at Solve I.T. a red flag mechanism that we cannot ignore if you are unhappy

We want to communicate our intention to always provide you with a top level of service; a level of service that is at least equal to and preferably superior to what you would reasonably expect from us.
The second reason we have such a bold written guarantee is to provide you with added confidence that you will get value for money when you deal with Solve I.T. people. And you will always know that if you don’t get good value from us, you will have the power to do something about it – something we will certainly notice!
And that leads us to the third very important reason we have such a guarantee. To give us here at Solve I.T. a red flag mechanism that we cannot ignore. Naturally we would not be able to afford to stay in business at all if it were a regular occurrence that our customers did not pay our invoice and so we always focus on giving our client's a consistently high level of service.

This guarantee is two-way; we will honour our written guarantee to you on the basis that you agree to be fair and reasonable in your expectations and evaluation of our performance. Afer all, our people’s reputation and livelihood is at stake. If ever you feel that it is fair to action the Solve I.T. guarantee, we will accept fully that we have let you and ourselves down and will honour our promise on the terms of the guarantee.
By ‘reasonableness’ we mean that your evaluation of our service will come from a perspective that is based on fairness, logic, consistency and rationality and with consideration of what most customers would expect of any I.T. Company such as ours.
